Hawaii Supreme Court Rule 21 requires the Hawaii Access to Justice Commission to issue annual reports on its activities and periodic reviews of its progress toward the goal of substantially increasing access to justice in civil legal matters for low- and moderate-income Hawaii residents.

The report below briefly highlights accomplishments of the Commission inclusive of the Three-Year Evaluation filed with the Hawaii Supreme Court on July 21, 2011.   The first part of the report covers the period through the end of calendar year 2015.   The second part of the report covers activities of the legal services providers over that period of time as well as identifying the continuing unmet needs identified by these entities.
